Psychotherapy Yorkshire Dr Kimberley Webb Clinical Psychology

Dr Kimberley Webb

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist. I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsych), an MSc (Hons) in Health Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. Further to my academic qualifications I have completed additional training in EMDR, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT) which I draw upon in an integrative way. I am highly skilled in working with a range of complex mental health difficulties.

In addition to common mental health difficulties such as generalised anxiety, health anxiety or low mood I have a particular interest and expertise in supporting individuals to understand and process the emotional impact of past traumas and relationships.

I also enjoy working with individuals who feel they are stuck or have perhaps noticed themselves repeating unhelpful relational patterns. Within session I want to hear your story and think together about what is keeping you stuck before considering how best to move forward and work towards positive changes.

I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches and offer evidence-based treatment that is tailored to meet the needs of the clients I work with.  These approaches include; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR (in training), CAT, DBT and Mindfulness.

Dr Kate Davies

I am a Clinical Psychologist based in Leeds (BSc, DClinPsy). I have experience of working in a variety of mental health settings over the past 10 years, and qualified in 2018. I am currently working within secondary mental health settings giving support and therapy to individuals with a wide range of diagnoses.

As such, maintaining a flexible approach to a clients presentation and needs is a strength of mine. I am keen to work closely with clients to find the approach that best suits them and their needs. My training means I can draw from multiple therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitnent Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT). I also have specialist interest and competencies in delivering trauma focused therapies.

Through my private work I am keen to provide 1:1 therapies to adults struggling with issues such as anxiety/phobias, depression, or traumatic life events. I am currently on maternity leave, however, will be accepting referrals from July 2021 onwards.
